4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on baji ap can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Fees may or may not apply beyond a certain limit; full details are available on the payments page.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Account Matching

The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim a specific promotion only once, unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise.
• If fraudulent activity related to bonuses is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• baji ap reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses are not cash; they apply as gaming credits and cannot be directly transferred as cash.

5.3 Other Promotions

All promotional offers — including weekly reloads, slot bonuses, cricket offers, birthday rewards, and referral promotions — have their own terms, which are described on the offer-specific page. Those terms apply alongside these general terms.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless baji ap itself determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault. baji ap does not accept liability for any bets lost due to routine system downtime or connection issues.

6.2 Odds and Results

Displayed odds may change at any time. Bets will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the time of confirmation. The official result of the relevant sport is used to determine the outcome.

6.3 Game Errors

baji ap reserves the right to void any winnings incorrectly awarded due to software errors, display issues, or technical faults. Users will be notified of such incidents in a timely manner.

6.4 RTP and Game Statistics

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is displayed as provided by the game developer. This represents the long-term mathematical return rate — it is not a guarantee of actual winnings in any specific session.

baji ap may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons.

9.2 User Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. If a valid balance remains, it can be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions. A Self-Exclusion option is also available for those dealing with addiction or other concerns.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there are no transactions over an extended period. The applicable policy for inactive accounts will be communicated separately by email.

Any financial loss resulting from gaming decisions is the user's own responsibility. baji ap does not guarantee any specific financial outcome and makes no promise of winning on any game or bet.
